The Air-to-Air Booster is a compact, self-contained unit that amplifies input pressure at a 2:1 ratio. The unit contains valve components that allow it to automatically reciprocate. It operates on air pressure alone.
SC HYDRAULICS - Air to Air Boosters
The ABD series of double acting air boosters are available in two ratios 2:1 and 5:1 to take existing plant air and boost pressure by the corresponding ratio
SC HYDRAULICS - Liquid Pumps
SC "Standard" type pumps with a 4 to 10" diameter air cylinder. Nine ratios available with the highest ratio capable of hydraulic pressures up to 22,000 psig. Commonly used where fluid flow is not critical. Typical applications include proof and burst testing, clamping, pressing, jacks and any end use requiring very high pressure at low flows.
SC HYDRAULICS - Gas Boosters
The GB series gas boosters are available in three ratios 15:1, 30:1 and 75:1 to economically boost gases in excess of 17,000 psig. Intended for applications where flow and pump up time are not critical the GB series are reliable entry level units.
