Available in bore sizes 18 mm thru 63 mm. Carriage provides direct power transmission through extrusion slot onto the yoke. ZS series has limited moment load carrying capacity.
ZK Series - Short Carriage Cylinder
Available in bore sizes 18 mm thru 63 mm. Carriage provides direct power transmission through extrusion slot onto the yoke. ZK series is more compact in size , suitable for guided load applications
ZF Series - Standard Guided Carriage Cylinder
Carriage provides direct power transmission through extrusion slot onto the yoke. Guided carriage secured to the yoke for greater load carrying capacity. ZF Series is available in bore sizes 18mm through 63mm.
ZFK Series - Compact Guided Carriage Cylinder
ZFK series is compact in its size .Carriage provides direct power transmission through extrusion slot onto the yoke. Guided carriage secured to the yoke for greater load carrying capacity
ZG Series - Gripping Cylinder
The gripping cylinder has various functions :
-outside and inside gripping of work pieces
-opening and closing of doors and gates.
ZP Series - Tandem & Parallel Cylinders
The tandem cylinder was developed for higher moments in horizontal direction. This is achieved by mounting two yokes & carriages to obtain higher torque capability.
ZD Series - Double Action Cylinder
The cylinder extrusion is divided into two separate chambers , each having its own yoke and carriage assembly. Both yokes are connected via a mechanical bridge . The ZD design will double the output force due to the dual internal yokes.
KT Series - X - Y Axis Assembly
X - Y Axis for pick and place systems. A wide range of combinations and support capabilities. Bore sizes ranging from 18mm to 63 mm .
AS Option - Shock Absorber Cushioning
Beyond the standard pneumatic cushioning available on all series. Additional shock absorption thru "end mounted" and "variable mounted" Hydraulic shocks are available. .
